We want anyone to be able to shop socialclubhat.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

We're a small business and we're not claiming we're fully there. Accessibility is something we work on continuously — we audit the site, we fix what we find, and we try not to introduce new problems as we add features. We'd rather tell you that honestly than post a badge claiming perfection.

What we're doing

  • Reviewing the site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • Improving image descriptions, form labels, keyboard navigation and color contrast
  • Testing new features for keyboard and screen reader access before they go live
  • Treating reported barriers as bugs, not suggestions

Third-party content

Parts of our store rely on third-party services, including our checkout, payment processing and review platform. We don't control their code. Where we find an accessibility problem in a third-party component, we raise it with the vendor and look for a workaround in the meantime.
