Shipping & Returns
Most of our hats are made to order. Here's what that means for getting yours.
Shipping
Originals (stocked): Ship within 1–2 business days.
Club House (made to order): Each Flow and Postcard hat is embroidered just for you after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then your hat ships and tracking is sent your way. Estimated arrival is production time plus 3–5 business days of US transit.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Club House hats are made to order specifically for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items — so please double-check your size and colorway before ordering.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right:
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund, no return shipping needed.
- Wrong item received? Same — reach out and we'll fix it right away.
- Originals can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived defective.
